We at Arion-networks.com are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us in our website.

 

1.       To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. We currently have tie ups with Fedex and DTDC for logistics. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your non-electronics items ( i.e. except Mobiles, Gaming Consoles, Cameras, Laptops) via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost. If your order contains an electronics item (Mobiles, Gaming Consoles, Cameras, Laptops) we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

2.       Each order is shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders. 

3.       The booked orders are shipped out on all working days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

4.       At Arion-networks.com (Also MyITmart.com), we offer FREE Shipping (specified on the Product detail page) on selected products purchased from our website with a minimum value of Rs. 200/-. In case the product value is less than Rs. 200/- a flat delivery charge of Rs. 50/- will be applicable. For products which do not have “FREE DELIVERY” mentioned on the specifications page, the applicable charges as per the product will be applicable.

5.       Every effort is made to ship each item in your order within 2-3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 5 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. If due to unavailability of desired product or in case of any other unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 working days of placing the order, the remaining unshipped order shall be cancelled and you shall be notified regarding the same by e-mail. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment.

6.       While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

7.       If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care number on +91-135-6457888 or mail us on support@arion-networks.com or log on to (URL), mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

8.       You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at Track your Order section.

9.       Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

10.   We do not deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within India.

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

1.       If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

2.       If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:

a.       If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.

b.       If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are manufacturing defects found with the product.

 

Note: All Electronics are Insured against theft and damages incurred during transit. If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Contact Customer Care on (NUMBER), and we will have the issue quickly resolved.

 

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under Replacement, viz:

-           Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;

-          Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;

-          Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;

-          Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

 

 

 

Return Policy:

 

At Arion-networks.com we are driven by the principle of customer satisfaction. To keep up to your online shopping expectations we have a return policy in place.

 

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such a circumstance, YOU ARE REQUESTED NOT TO OPEN THE ORIGINAL FACTORY PACKING SEAL AND NOT TO USE THE PRODUCT.

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

 

    Conditions for return:

1.       Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery.

2.       Products/Items should be UNUSED.

3.       Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

4.       It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

5.       All expenses / cost incurred to return the product shall be borne by buyer and it is the buyer’s responsibility for returning the product safely to us with the best possible courier company.

6.       Any item returned that shows improper use, improper handling or physical damage; damaged/torn out box, missing manuals, parts and accessories will be returned back to buyer

 

 

Refunds:

 

We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Arion-networks.com as per the return conditions stated above. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order

        1. Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.

        2. Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.

        3. For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.
